  • How To Add Books To My Kindle

I run a lot of giveaways, and so do a lot of romance authors. There are times when I run promotions and the winners have won ebooks from me. I have three choices when this happens.

    1. I can purchase the books myself and send them to winners. (This can get costly.)

    2. Or I can send their book straight-to-kindle which involves the book receiver having to know their kindle email address and adding me as an approved recipient. (This can be confusing for readers.)

    3. Or I can send them the book directly to their email and they can upload it themselves. (Best for readers I trust and is the motivation for this article today.)

How To Transfer A .MOBI File To My Kindle or Kindle App

If I or another author sends you a Kindle book file (also known as a .mobi file) via email, here is the easiest way to upload that new book to your Kindle or Kindle App.

    1. Turn your Kindle on
    2. Connect the Kindle to your computer using the USB cable that came with your Kindle
    3. Drag and drop the “.mobi” Ebook file into the documents folder on your Kindle
    4. When the USB activity indicator on your Kindle stops flashing, “Safely Remove Mass Storage Device (Windows) or “Eject” (Mac) the Kindle from your computer.
    5. When the USB activity indicator on your Kindle stops flashing, unplug the USB cable from your Kindle
    6. Your book should now appear in your Kindle library.

  • Promised To A King: Solo Release

I wrote the last King Brothers novella as a bonus in the boxed set that I released earlier in the year. That boxed set is no longer available so I have released the novella separately. If you’ve read Camden, Cutter and Stone’s stories but want to read a little more about all three of them, then this is the novella for you! Available on ALL retailers. *Please note that this novella is best read after you’ve read the other books in the series.
